Q. How do I place an order?
A. Call or email us to request an order form. This can be filled out and sent with your files or can be faxed or mailed to us earlier.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. There is a minimum order of 25 books.

Q. How much will my books cost?
A. Pricing is determined by the quantity and page count of your book. Call or email us to request a price list. CONTACT US

Q. Can I see a sample book before I order?
A. Yes. E-mail or call us to request a sample, and we will mail one to you right away. CONTACT US

Q. How long does it take to complete my book?
A. Once we receive your files, your book will be printed and shipped within 2-3 weeks.

Q. How do I submit my files?
A. Once your book is complete there is a button within the software that will gather and export your files to a predetermined folder. Once the export is complete burn those files on a CD and send to us for printing.

Q. Will I be sent a proof of my book?
A. Proofs are not sent on books unless requested. Requesting a proof will add cost and time to the job. Our software allows you to print out hardcopy to review before sending us your completed files. We request a copy of this hardcopy to use a reference when printing.

Q. Is there sales tax on my book?
A. Sales Tax will be added for books shipped to the states of AZ, CA, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NV, NY, TX and WI. If your camp is tax exempt, provide a certificate of exemption made out using Chalkboard Press as the name of the seller.

Q. What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
A. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the customer in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, the provider and the customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the customer acknowledges that the provider's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
